After Downloading The Game, Please Right Click "Raise A Scratch Cat.zip" Then Click "Extract All" Then Make Sure The Extract Location Is "C:/Users/[username here]/Downloads" Then Hit Enter, Then Enter The "ScratchCat" Folder, Then Enter "ScratchCat.exe" If It Says "Windows Protected Your PC" Then Click "More Info", Then Click "Run Anyway". Now Your Game Should Be Running.
